If you wish to use or download the working demo of Qualitek-4 (QT4) software for the design and analysis of the Taguchi experiments (Installable file: QT4-Setup.Exe), you will find the full version of it on this site.

Qualitek-4 software was developed and sold by Nutek Inc. a Michigan corporation (1987-2016). As the company is closed for business, it is no longer sold or supported by any authorized dealers. However, several older versions of the software are freely available from multiple sources for download and use. For the benefit of statistical specialists and practitioners of the Taguchi experiments, the software is now made available to all at no cost. If you already downloaded and installed QT4, you can unlock its full capabilities by re-installing it with the 15-digit user license code below.  Registration#: 409240124011099

Ref1: User Guide & License This document is must read for all users. It contains the FREE user license code. If you already downloaded (QT4-Setup.Exe) and installed the software, you will need to reinstall it using the license codes (15-digit Reg# 401240124011099). The document represents a class handout for the three-day seminar workshop on the subject offered by Nutek Inc., from 1987 to 2016. Ref4: Taguchi Robust Design (Avance DOE)

This document represents the student handout for the 4-day seminar/workshops on the Taguchi Robust Design presented by Nutek Inc. from 1995 to 2016.

OVERVIEW:

“Manufacturers with established market recognition should strive to build robustness in their products and processes to stay ahead of the competition. To achieve this goal, experienced quality and scientific professionals will need to learn and apply advanced concepts in the design of experiments and robust design strategies. This seminar with a hands-on application workshop prepares attendees for immediate applications of the Taguchi experimental design technique for robust product and process designs. Participants in this session are required to have completed DOE-I or equivalent course content. The topics of discussion in this session will be Noise factors, Outer array, Signal-to-Noise, ANOVA statistics, Dynamic characteristics, Loss Function, etc. This session aims to build a strong foundation among participating application specialists who are looking toward applying the technique to build robustness in new product design and R&D efforts. The last day of the session will be dedicated to a hands-on application workshop that utilizes Qualitek-4 software for experiment design and analysis tasks.”
